With over 20+ years of experience in sourcing the world’s finest dates across 6+ countries, our founder, Mr. Aum Somaiya understood the natural superfruit inside out. For generations, quality was everything. But amidst the trade and travels, a deeper thought kept lingering: Why is the newer generation not aware of the potential of dates?
In Indian homes, dates weren’t just a fruit. They were love rolled into tiny bite-sized treats or made into a powder like sugar, but better. That memory sparked a mission: to bring back the tradition of homemade date bites, in a way that fits today’s health-conscious world and into our daily lives.
FROM EXPERIMENTS TO THE PERFECT BITE
What followed was months of testing, tasting, and tweaking.
We tried hundreds of recipes, some too dry, some too sweet, some not quite right. But we weren’t willing to settle. Because this wasn’t just about creating a snack. It was about building trust, bite by bite. And then, finally, came Soully Date Bites, our first creation- a delicious, nutrient-rich, and free of junk snack. No fillers. Just pure, soulful nutrition.
