Shipping Zones: We currently ship across India to various locations. Please enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm serviceability.

Processing Time:

     Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.

     For bulk orders or special requests, processing times may vary and will be communicated at the time of order placement.

Delivery Time:

     Once dispatched, estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

     Within Gujarat: 3-5 business days

     Metro Cities (outside Gujarat): 4-8 business days

     Other Locations: 7-10 business days

     Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, natural calamities, or logistical issues with the courier service.

Risk of Loss/Damage in Transit:

     The risk of loss or damage to products purchased from Soully passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Soully is not responsible for any loss or damage to packages that occur while in transit with the courier.

Carrier Liability:

     While we choose reputable courier partners, once goods are handed over to the carrier, our liability for delays, damage, or loss is limited to the extent of the carrier's standard terms and conditions. For any issues arising during transit, customers are encouraged to pursue claims directly with the respective courier partner, with Soully providing necessary assistance and documentation.

Shipping Charges:

     Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.

     We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Order Tracking:

     Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

     You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the courier partner's website.

Undeliverable Packages:

     In cases where a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery by the recipient, the package may be returned to Soully.

     In such instances, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges incurred. If a refund is requested for an undeliverable package, the refund will be processed, excluding the original shipping costs.

Packaging:

     All Soully products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use high-quality, food-grade packaging to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit.
